Just forty-five minutes north of New York City, Blue Hill at Stone Barns combines a restaurant, private dining rooms, working farm, and educational center in the spectacular surroundings of Pocantico Hills, New York, revitalizing a collection of barns and creating a space that highlights the abundant resources of the Hudson Valley.  The restaurant’s private dining room is adjacent to the chefs’ herb garden and with views of the fields and terrace.   Lunch will begin at 12:30 p.m. with a 30 minute cocktail reception, where hors d’oeuvres, sparkling wine and seasonal cocktails are passed.  Once seated, a farm tasting menu designed for our event by the Blue Hill at Stone Barns’chefs is served.  The sommelier will pair the perfect wines for our meal. The lunch will conclude with petits fours and coffee. 

“Fast Food” at Blue Hill at Stone Barns means from the farm to the kitchen without obstacle or delay. During the height of the growing season, 80% of the menu is cultivated and raised on Stone Barns Farm – steps from the kitchen.  The actual menu for our event will be designed based on what is available at that time.  Check out their website at www.stonebarnscenter.org.

As this is a HBS Women's Insider event, we will then get a special tour of the farm and the kitchen to be conducted by the Stone Barns and Blue Hill leaders.

Last year, our Insider Event at Blue Hill in NYC sold out within a few days of our first email so reserve your space now!  As it is on a weekend day, each member attending may bring one non-member.  If there is demand, we will arrange a van to/from NYC for the afternoon.
