The program is designed to:
* Provide a supportive community for HBS women
* Foster student learning through the experience and expertise of alumnae
* Offer alumnae an opportunity to influence the career paths and lives of future alumnae
* Allow participants to experience the rewards of mentorship so they actively seek out future relationships
* Promote women networks both on the HBS campus and globally
Participating
If you are interested in becoming a mentor and influencing the life of a student, please complete a short online profile referring to your professional experience, personal interests and more. Students will review your confidential profiles and select a mentor who best meets their needs.
Expectations
We encourage mentors and mentees to maintain periodic contact throughout the school year. The time commitment is designed by you. The relationships you build will continue over a lifetime!
